For the purposes of this travel information and policy, “The Company” refers to The Company of services and their operating companies.
The Company assumes no liability for injury, damage or loss as a result of travel on any of our buses, participating in any and all activities connected with The Company or for services provided by a third party, such as BC Ferries and attractions.
To make your booking and travel experience simpler, Customer can create an account where customer can track all booking and get alert for your rides. Customer has to use activate email address and cell phone number to get unique confirmation ID which required while boarding the shuttles
Pre-Booking are required for guaranteed boarding. Passengers without booking will be served on a “first come, first served” basis and are NOT guaranteed a seat, passengers without booking can only board if the shuttle has any vacant seats. Note all our routes and stops are pre-determined in loop like Downtown to Swatz bay ferry Terminal & Swatz bay ferry terminal to Downtown.
Pre-booking are required for all stops except for departures that are leaving from the Ferry Terminal or Downtown.
Walk-in Tickets are available in shuttles at the Ferry Terminal. These tickets are purchaed through credit or Debit card only. Passengers will be served on a “first come, first served” basis and are NOT guaranteed a seat.
Standard: Non-Refundable – Standard tickets are non-refundable, no exceptions for any reason.
Changes to date and time are available for no additional charge. Changes to booking must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled travel, but full cancellation can be done with 50% cancellation before 12 hours. General Seating is first-come, first-served with courtesy seating for seniors

Please present your SMS or Email with Unique ID like “PE1639592604” to the driver, along with your ID, upon check-in/boarding. (Printed tickets will be accepted).
All stop pickups - Please be ready and waiting at your stop a few minutes prior to the pickup time listed on your ticket. Through SMS customer will be getting live tracking link for shuttles.
Children/Youth/Students must be 13 years of age or older to travel unaccompanied by an adult on any scheduled services. The Company will not be responsible for unaccompanied minors while they are aboard our shuttles.
Unaccompanied Minors age 13-18 must travel with a photo ID that includes their name and birthdate, in order to prove they are of sufficient age to travel alone when checking in with the driver.
Unfortunately, The Company cannot accommodate pets on-board any of its shuttles.
Exception: People with Disabilities may have service animals accompanying an individual inside the coach. Valid Guide or Service Dog Certification must be presented, and the ‘Service Dog’ Note to be added in special note section
We are pleased to provide baggage storage onboard our shuttles. All baggage must be tagged with an appropriate destination baggage tag and contact information of passenger. The Company assumes no liability for lost, damaged, or stolen baggage. Baggage is the responsibility of the traveller.
Baggage is limited to 2 pieces per traveler, 1 checked bag (22.5 kg/50 lbs or less) up to 24″ x 24″ x 45″ in size and 1 carry-on personal item (20lbs or less) up to 45.5 x 33 x 20cm or 18” x 13” x 8”. Additional checked baggage, specialty and oversized baggage can be accepted for an additional fee.
Additional Baggage can be transported for an extra fee.
The Company cannot accept Bicycles or Surfboards due to space limitations on the shuttles.
Baggage over the weight of 22.5 kg/50lbs is NOT accepted on any service and must have its weight reduced before it can be transported.
Smoking or vaping and eating food is not permitted on any of The Company’s shuttle. Any spills or damage inside the shuttle bus will come with cleaning charge of $50.00
Rude Behaviour
Please be considerate to your fellow passengers. Unruly or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the bus. There will be no compensation or refund to passengers removed from a bus, and The Company will not be responsible for any onward transportation arrangements.
Travel times are approximate, and may vary based on ferry wait times, as well as weather and road conditions. Please plan accordingly and give yourself ample time to make your connections or destination. While The Company endeavors to conduct our buses as indicated in promotional materials and the websites, all buses are subject to change without notice.
The Company is not responsible for any missed flights, ferries, tours, or other travel connections. The Company is not responsible for providing refunds or compensation due to Weather, Road Conditions, BC Ferries Delays/Cancellations, or any other Acts of God or Force Majeure but may, at The Company’s discretion, issue a voucher for future travel.
After 31-Oct-2022, Shuttle Services are paused due to expiry of the contract with airport authorities.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused due to cancelling all tickets after 31-Oct-2022. If you have purchased a ticket in advance, we are refunding the full amount on 31-Oct-2022.
